ToggleUpon arrival, you are met at the Noi Bai airport and transferred to the hotel by our driver (no guide). Official check-in time at the hotel is 14:00. Early check in will be surcharged. 14:00 Meet your guide and driver and take a half-day city tour of Hanoi. You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex, there you can visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where Ho Chi Minh is being embalmed and well preserved (close every Monday and Friday). Keep walking to the Presidential Palace and visit Ho Chi Minh House on stilts. You will finish this area with the One Pillar Pagoda – one of the most popular attractions in Hanoi with its unique architecture. Later, we visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and The Huc Bridge. We then free shopping at the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, and medicines to crafts. Breakfast in your hotel. 08:30 Our guide will meet you at your hotel and start a 120km journey through the verdant landscape. Stop over for a rest on the way. 10:30 Arrive in Hoa Lu, once the ancient capital of Vietnam dating back to the 11th century. Having been eroded over the millennia, the dilapidated ruins have nearly been absorbed by the spectacular scenery creating a mystical atmosphere that will ensure to titillate your imagination, visit King Dinh and Le Temple. Lunch on your own account. In the afternoon, go to Tam Coc for a stunning boat trip. Board the sampan boats, owned by locals, gently sailing along Ngo Dong River, capturing the wonderful scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”. 16:00 Return to Hanoi. 18:00-18:30 Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Breakfast in hotel then check out. PICK-UP TIME: 8:00-8:30 am Leave Hanoi for a 3.5-hour drive to Ha Long Bay and a 20-minute stop on the way. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. Be welcomed onboard and lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. | |

We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on the cruise. Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax and go sightseeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. Take part in cruise activities such as kayaking/ basket boat/visiting the cave or just relaxing ( activities depending on each boat’s itinerary). 10:30 Our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese brunch. You leave the boat around noon, and we go ashore and transfer back to the Hanoi hotel by shuttle bus. 2.5 hours before flight time, our driver (no guide) will pick up you at the airport for a flight to Da Nang City. Upon arrival in Da Nang City, a private transfer picks up from the airport to the hotel in Da Nang. Check-in the hotel and spend free time for yourself Overnight in Da Nang City.
Note: As the transfer is a shuttle bus and the bus pick-up time from the pier will be around noon. If the cruise back to the pier earlier than this time. Kindly wait in the waiting room of the cruise, and relax till the pickup time. Thank you! | |

Breakfast in the hotel. 08:30am: Meet your guide and driver to Ba Na Hills. Take a cable car ride from Ba Na Hills station, and stop at Night station to visit Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, and The Old Villas of French. Continue moving by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience the hill climbing train (the first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar, and flower garden Le Jardin D’amour. You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge hanging in the foggy hills of the mountain, witnessing the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City. Have lunch in Ba Na Hills on your own. Transfer from Ba Na Hills back to the hotel. 17.00- 17.30 pm: reach to your hotel. Free time at your leisure. Overnight in Da Nang. Breakfast in the hotel. 9:00am: Pick you up at the hotel and depart for Cam Thanh, Hoi An. Here you will go visit the ecosystem of the forest by basket boats, catching crabs, and snails and making toys from coconut leaves. Especially, you can also join the basket boat race, which will bring you a lot of wonderful experiences. Move to Hoi An ancient town, visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Sa Huynh Cultural Museum, and Ancient House… walk around lantern street, and shop at the local market. You can also enjoy the colored lantern and flower garland released on the lantern boat on the Hoai River to pray for happiness and good luck (expense on your own). 17:00pm: End of services at your hotel! The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars. Depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours of bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems which include the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
